Short Biography

Shakila Yesmin is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Sonargaon University (SU), Dhaka. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Jahangirnagar University with a CGPA of 3.62 and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the same university with a CGPA of 3.65. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has been serving as the Exam Coordinator of the Department of Business Administration since April 2024. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating examination-related activities and ensuring the smooth administration of academic assessments within the department. Her research interests include Sustainable Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Brand Management, Service Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
