The Department of Business Administration under the Business School at Sonargaon University is committed to nurturing creative, result-oriented professionals equipped with comprehensive knowledge, strong analytical skills, and universal values essential for thriving in today’s global economy. Our programs emphasize not only academic excellence but also the development of leadership, teamwork, and multilingual communication skills that prepare graduates to excel in diverse business environments.

Our primary objective is to provide students with a forward-looking management vision that addresses both current and future challenges of business life. We aim to prepare prospective senior executives and entrepreneurs who will assume leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to the business arena. Importantly, our programs further reshape freshers into knowledge-based entrepreneurs, empowering them to start their own ventures and generate employment opportunities for others.

In alignment with evolving employment trends, our programs place strong emphasis on leading sectors both at home and abroad. The curriculum is designed with a flexible and modular structure, enabling students to gain broad-based knowledge in accounting, finance, management, and marketing, while also acquiring specialized expertise in key functional areas. The undergraduate and graduate programs allow students to specialize in one or more of the nine functional areas, including Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Management, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, and International Business.
