Short Biography

Ms. Shahnaz Sharmin is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Sonargaon University (SU), Dhaka, Bangladesh, where she joined the faculty in January 2024. She earned her BBA in Management Studies (CGPA: 3.63) and MBA in Human Resource Management (CGPA: 3.94) from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Prior to joining Sonargaon University, she served as a Lecturer at the Central University of Science and Technology (CUST) and as a Part-time Lecturer at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET). In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as the Exam Coordinator and Program Coordinator in the Department of Business Administration, SU. Her research interests include women entrepreneurship, wellbeing, resilience, organizational behavior, Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), and sustainable development. She has published research in national and international peer-reviewed journals and continues to contribute to teaching, research, and academic service.
