- Md. Shahbub Alam is an Assistant Professor & Assistant Course Coordinator in the Department of Business Administration at Sonargaon University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He earned both his BBA (CGPA: 3.90/4.00) and MBA (CGPA: 3.98/4.00) in Finance and Banking from Islamic University, Kushtia, securing first position in both programs. He was awarded the prestigious Prime Minister Gold Medal in recognition of his outstanding academic performance. He is also pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Capital Market at the Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM). Mr. Alam has more than five years of university teaching experience in finance and business-related courses. His research interests include FinTech, financial inclusion, digital financial literacy, banking, corporate finance, capital markets, green finance, and sustainable business practices. He has authored and co-authored several research articles and a book chapter published in national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications. He is proficient in quantitative research methods and data analysis using SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS, and actively contributes to academic research, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
