Short Biography

Md. Rasel Hawlader is an Assistant Professor (HRM) and Course Coordinator in the Department of Business Administration at Sonargaon University (SU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has been serving as the Course Coordinator since 26 May 2022. Previously, he served as the Head (Acting) of the Department of Business Administration from 30 January 2026 to 25 April 2026 and as the Internship and Placement Program Coordinator from 1 October 2020 to 14 January 2023. He earned his BBA in Management (CGPA: 3.85) and MBA in Human Resource Management (CGPA: 3.90) from Jagannath University, Bangladesh, securing 1st position in both programs. He was also awarded a Board Scholarship for his outstanding performance in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination. His research interests include sustainability, Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), green innovation, and sustainable organizational development.
