Short Biography: Naima Khan Tarin is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Sonargaon University, Bangladesh. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her teaching and research interests include Human Resource Management, Green Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship. She is committed to creating an engaging learning environment and actively contributes to academic research and student development. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she coordinates industrial visits, workshops, seminars, and other academic and professional development programs to strengthen students' practical knowledge and industry exposure. Her goal is to contribute to academic excellence through quality teaching, research, and community engagement while preparing future business leaders for the dynamic business environment.
